South Africa's surgeon general says noneedto panic about Nelson Mandela's health.

SYDNEY -- Euro zone governments will increase the lending capacity of their bailout fund and improve the fund's flexibility but won't raise the level of guarantees from 440 billion euros ($604 million), Europeaneconomicscommissioner Olli Rehn told the Wall Street Journal in an interview. The European Financial Stability Fund's actual lending capacity is currently estimated at closer to 250 billion euros, according to the report, which was published late Thursday. The euro recently traded at $1.3733, compared to $1.3738 in late North American trading.
